I'll be appearing at this show. Dave always puts on a great event and I really have a blast at his shows. Stop by to see me and other artists, check out some great comic and toy deals and if you're a music buff then you have to see the media room. Lots of cool vinyl to peruse!

Logo #2

Here's another one hand drawn. I am contemplating getting rid of the eyebrows and the smile and playing up the "O"s as eyes.

Workin' on a new logo

I was playing in Flash and tried out some things. I'll also be drawing the logo freehand and re-drawing it in Flash. We'll see what shakes out.

From Raleigh and beyond!

I was at the NCN annual convention in Raleigh (More on this later) and on the way there the flight attendant was less than cordial. I don't know what her problem was but she was not pleasant. On the way home the next flight attendant looked like she was headed that way too so I asked for her picture. She looked perplexed until I mentioned that I was a professional caricaturist and wanted to draw her to pass the time.

I got extra snacks and the "WHOLE" can of Diet Coke (the first trip I couldn't have that per the unpleasant attendant). And she smiled and laughed saying that she loved the drawing. I had some issues drawing it as there was a lot of turbulence while I was inking.

Hats and Shirts and Events... OH MY

Hey hey. I'm waiting for three different companies to get back to me on pricing for hats and shirts. It's amazing how long this takes.

Again, a reminder that I'll be appearing at the Boston show on 9/28! Check my previous message for the details. It's a great show! Once my site is updated I'll have a link on the front page. I'm having issues with the formatting it seems.

And I just got booked for the Grand Opening of a new Newbury Comics location. The event is Saturday, September 13th from 3 to 5 p.m. Stop by and get a pic done!
